How Poor Indian Rich People Are.....

Last night i was out with friends for hangout. We were roaming in city's best area . We den stopped car near a juicebar and ordered juice. We were waiting for juice in the meanwhile a kid came near to us on old bad looking bicycle. He was not well dressed too.

He stopped his cycle near us and asked us to purchase Agarbatti. We just said what we will do with agarbatti. He replied he has to pay his school fee so please buy it. It was for Rs. 10 and upon asking how much will he get he replied he will get Rs. 2 profit on it. Well what a big deal...we said we will buy it no problems....We bought 7 packets frm him...so he made a profilt of Rs. 14..a small amount for us but a huge profit for that guy....

Then we just started kidding with him (i know it was wrong at my part) one of my friend asked him, hey dude you should be making lot of money from this right. It's a posh area who will deny to buy your agarbatties, everyone will buy it and you must be making a lot from it.

The kid started looking at my friend's face with little wonder. We just asked what happened . He replied "I tell everyone that i need to pay my school fee so please buy agarbatti from me but peoples rearly buy it."

Upon asking how much money he makes per month. He replied he works for 3-4 hours per day and hardly makes Rs.100-200 per month. He just makes money to pay his school fee, after working so hard (yes its right he makes rs. 200 per month or rs. 6 per day)...

We were little wondering (infact wondering a lot), but we did not believe that kid, thought he must be lying. We offered him a glass of juice, and then thought he might be selling stuff to poor people. We asked him to go to everyone with car and tell them you need to pay school fee and they will most probably buy it from you...

A car stopped near juice bar. We were watching at it , the kid went near the car and told the family sitting in car, he needs to pay school fee....can they please buy agarbatti from him for just Rs. 10...

Just guess what the family inside the car told that needy kid.... They just told the kid "Go away stupid ask your father to pay your school fee.."Then another car stopped , he repeated process , and he also did not buy we were watching all this , he requested atleast 10 people with big cars to purchase from him . But all of them denied ...(yes peoples who own cars who were drinking juice of rs. 50 and probably all of them were millionnaires did not have money to buyagarbatti worth rs. 10).

Now i would like to ask a question......

1) Does the so called rich persons have gurantee that they will stay rich forever ? wat if they lost there money and there kids haveto work like this ?Are not we humans ?Is not our moral duty to help someone who need it (specially little kids)

2) I would like to ask from school , cant they pardon fee(not charge them ) of poor kids? Will it really affect them if they discount fee of 5-10% percent kids who are really financially weak...

3) Can't govt schools improve level of education can't they provide finacial aid to such students.

Ok i am confident about career of that kid. Anyone who works so hard just to keep his education continued will defenately be very successful in future . He will be star of future and he will do much better in education and life than the kids of those so called rich people....who spend thousands of rupees just on tutions..... So these people who said " no " to purchase the kid's agarbatti should just think once again that if they did right by saying "no" ? If we are in condition to help someone then why not can we come voluntaririly come forward and help such students and lead India to bright future....As India's future is current generation and kids.....So the so called Rich People please give it a thought....Help the Needy and Deserving people...

touchy.....makes us embarrassed abt our lack of humanity and concern for our own......it feels good to read a blog like this coming from youth ..... a step closer to more maturity and responsibility on our part......if not others.
